WHAT IS SEO

It’s so unusual that whenever we searched for a term the very first link or the very first page that blinked on the search result is exactly what we are looking for and that to some extent completes the need of what we wanted to form the search.

You know yourself, that the above-mentioned statement in itself is indicating how important it is for you to stand out and to reflect on the first page to get noticed, to receive the benefit.
Actually, it can be a deciding factor between the businesses that are blooming and, the ones that lost their charm.
It’s so common and so obvious that you are not here to know the full form of SEO which refers to as Search Engine Optimization and….blahh…blahh….blahh !!!, but what does it actually mean and what you actually need to optimize?
Is it writing? Or is it the design? Or is it the links.
It’s just not this, but much more than this. Let’s deep dive into it.
So here’s my go to the definition:
Search Engine Optimization is a process of optimizing the website’s content in such a way that when search engines search for the likely keyword your content (website) is shown on the top of the result page.
SEO is like the magic which you want in your life to happen to achieve your lives goal.
You have content but to get recognized, your content needs to stand out of the crowd, and to stand out there’s a fee and if you don’t want to pay that fee to get at the top of the queue SEO takes the lead. It can be termed as the process of getting traffic from ‘free’, ‘organic’, or ‘natural’ search result on search engines.

WHITE HAT SEO V/S BLACK HAT

You know, you are here to make big, now it’s up to you that you want to break the rules to rank your site high or follow the long haul and then come up. As we say slow and steady wins the race so goes here as well.

Black hat SEO is one such thing used by those who want a quick return on their website, rather than long term stability; it includes doorway pages, keyword stuffing, invisible text, adding unrelated keywords, page swapping, spammy and crappy pages which get banned very fast.
The negatives of this kind of SEO can lead to severe punishment for marketers, in some cases can lead your website getting banned from a search engine, or can even get your website rank so low that it can take months to gain back that earlier position.
Black hat SEO is like black magic you do it to gain something but in the end you are at a loss, once you are caught you just can’t overcome that loss
You might make a few grand this way, but considering the long term, you are at a loss.
Whereas on the other hand, White Hat SEO refers to techniques and tactics that follow search engine rules, policies and guidelines.
It’s a way to sustain in the online space along the boundaries of the search engine, which will ultimately lead you to gain a better prospective of your business.
Ultimately your focus is the human audience, not the search engine.
But in the end it’s not that easy to stay in tune of guidelines; your time is running, along with your patience.
Unfortunately, it’s not always the same as it looks; life is not always black and white. Just like there’s a middle path to every problem so same goes for the SEO it’s called Gray Hat SEO.
As the name says, it’s little black and little white.
You tend to use those techniques which are totally not disapproved or ill-defined by the search engine but yet not approved by it. You find a loophole in some of the guidelines and try to get the maximum benefit out of it.
The search engine keeps on updating their guidelines. what’s considered as Gray hat SEO one year can be considered as black hat or white hat the following year, making it crucial for marketers to keep themselves updated with every rolled out guidelines.
You need to play safe, and there’s just one way and that is to follow the guidelines of white hat SEO. Once caught or blacklisted all the precious time and effort which you had put into your website to get it to attain certain rank and numbers will go in vain.
It should be a must follow practice which should be followed by every marketer to evaluate risks versus rewards, with Search engines algorithms getting stricter and stricter every time, you are left with just one option and that should be following White Hat SEO.
